Emma’s Home charges a flat rate delivery cost of £4.95 per order, irrespective of how many items you buy.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us or our nominated carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form as submitted by you, the customer. It is important that this address is accurate. We are unable to take specific delivery details as we primarily use the Royal Mail for delivery and cannot stipulate any customer requirements. However depending on the size of the packages we may use another service. We will always endeavour to let you know if we use a different courier.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 48hrs. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that any goods ordered are delivered within 5 working days of dispatch, any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.

Emma's Home is also commited to the enviroment and recycling. Please do not be surprised to receive products packaged in recycled materials.

If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

Emma’s Room has an online ordering system that has been designed to process UK orders only. Should you wish to have some products shipped abroad, please contact us with a list of your required product. We will then work out the postage costs and provide you with an emailed quote before you commit to the purchase.
