Q.My shopping basket is not working or I cannot log in. What is wrong? It may be a problem with cookie enabling. Please see the troubleshooting section here, on details how to fix this. Q. I cannot remember my log in details. Can you help? Your user name is your email address. There is facility to request a forgotten password which will be emailed to you. Q. How can I pay for my purchases? Emma’s Home offers secure online payments through Paypal which accepts all major debit/ credit card. (Having a Paypal account is not necessary when ordering through us). Hence we never see or have access to your card details. If you would like to pay by cheque please make them payable to Emma’s Room Ltd and then post it to our registered address at Trewendu, 50 Truro Road, St Austell, Cornwall PL25 5JJ. Please include your contact details. Products will only be posted once the payment has cleared. Should you wish to pay in a different method, please contact us here. Q. Can you ship abroad and if so, what's the delivery charge? Emma’s Room has an online ordering system that has been designed to process More information is available in the separate delivery information page here. Q. What is your returns policy? We hope that you will be happy with all of your purchases from Emma’s Home. However, should you wish to return an item, or items for a refund or exchange, you can return your order for any reason within 14 days. However you must please either email or request a call back via the contact email form. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Emma’s Home. The products must be in re-saleable condition i.e. in the original packaging in pristine condition with no damage. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us. Damaged goods must be reported to Emma’s Home within 48hours of delivery. Please allow up to 21 days during busy periods Q. Can I cancel my order? Your Right to Cancel: you may cancel your order (once it has been accepted by us), for any reason, right up until the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If the order has already been dispatched,you should follow the returns procedure here. Q. How quickly do you post orders out on the standard delivery rate? Emma’s Room has one standard delivery charge of £4.95 for every order, irrespective if it takes 2 or more deliveries to fulfil the order. If the product is in stock we will endeavour to dispatch it within 48 hours. However it is safer to allow 7 days for delivery. Please contact us you should you require a faster delivery service. Should the product be out of stock, we will email you as to its future availability. More details are available here. Q. What delivery service do you use? We try to use Royal Mail 1st Class Service where we can. However depending on the size of the packages we may use another service. We will always endeavour to let you know if we use a different courier. Q. Can I order over the phone? Should you wish to order over the phone, please use the contact email form to request a ring back. Please include your telephone number in the message.
