To the extent permitted by applicable law, Emma’s Home makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site. Emma’s Home reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice. 

Emma’s Home shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. 

Emma’s Home’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. Emma’s Home shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. Emma’s Home shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. Emma’s Home shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.

We aim to give a fair representation of the product but all sizes are approximate and colours may vary slightly from those shown due to the limitations of Internet technology.

Orders

We shall sell to you and you shall purchase only those goods which you have set out in an order and which has been accepted by us. We reserve the right to reject any order. Each such sale of goods will be subject to these conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any order is made or purported to be made by you.

No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted by us unless and until confirmed by e-mail or in writing by us.

The price of the goods shall be the price set out on the relevant page of this site. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site provided that if we accept an order from you the price for the goods will be the price set out in the relevant range at the time the order is placed.

In addition to the price of the goods you will be liable to pay our charges for transport & packaging as shown on the order form.

The total price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax.

All orders must be paid for by credit or UK debit cards via Paypal. The checkout process will automatically navigate to the Paypal website. You do not have to have a Paypal account but can pay through Paypal should you have an account. There is no additional charge to the customer for this facility. We will also accept payment by cheque or postal order subject to agreement. However goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared. All prices are in pounds sterling (£). 

Cancelling Special Orders

Special orders such as Garden Furniture, or bulk orders by agreement, where Emma's Home Ltd has to specifically order product directly from a supplier, can only be refunded if the order has not been dispatched. The refund will be subject to any deductions for any supplier or Paypal costs .

Returns

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 14 days for a refund.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Emma’s Home (the goods must be in the original packaging in pristine condition with no damage). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for non delivered returns. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.
